The Riley Hill Family Life Center (RHFLC) is a tax exempt non-profit organization. The Center’s activities are conducted within a former public school building, which is now listed as a landmark in the National Historic Registry. The Center’s primary focus has been to target youth by providing innovative programs focused on improving academic achievement, leadership development, and character building.
